Kathmandu: RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMDC) has announced its highest bonus share distribution ever.
Laghubitta has announced that it will distribute a total of 27.36 percent dividend from the distributable profit of the last financial year as bonus shares of 26 percent of the currently retained paid-up capital and 1.36 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of Microfinance held on 05th of December decided to distribute the dividend at that rate.
The dividend will be distributed after being approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and passed by the next annual general meeting.
