Kathmandu: Recently, the minimum and maximum temperature in the country has been gradually decreasing. With the onset of the winter season, the temperature has started to drop.
According to the information released by the Weather Forecasting Division, the minimum temperature in Jumla this morning is -3.9 degree Celsius.
Similarly, the minimum temperature of Dadeldhura is 5.5, the minimum temperature of Kathmandu Valley is 6.8 degrees Celsius.
The minimum temperature of Birendranagar is 7.5 degrees Celsius, the minimum temperature of Dipayal and Okhaldhunga is 8.5 degrees Celsius.
The Division measures the minimum temperature in the morning and the maximum temperature in the evening and publishes it every day. The division said that there is no significant weather system in the country at present.
As there is a possibility of fog/fog in the Terai region and the temperature will gradually decrease in most parts of the country, the department has requested to take necessary precautions to avoid cold.
